Special Three Start Nuts
These nuts are used in a sawmill. The thread is one thread per inch, three starts, three inch lead, three inch outside diameter. The thread goes through the nut's entire 14.5 inch length. The relatively small diameter and long length, with a fast lead make this a challenging job. We are experts at accomplishing this kind of machining challenge.
